This research is entitled Analysis of Factors Affecting Dividend Policy in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2022. This study aims to determine and analyze whether the return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), firm size (FS), and collateralizable assets (COL) have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on dividend policy in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that ROA (0.322> 0.05) and FS (0.143> 0.05) had no partial effect on dividend policy (dividend payout ratio) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2022. Meanwhile, DER (0.012 < 0> 0.05.
