Natural resources are currently decreasing, while the use of fossil fuel electricity in the long term will deplete natural resources. Utilization of renewable energy that is more environmentally friendly needs to be optimized. The design of a solar charger controller for a solar power generation system uses an ATMega16 microcontroller and a 16 x 2 LCD display system. Solar Charger Controller will work in accordance with the solar lighting received by the solar panels. The Solar Charger Controller (Scc) tool used is Microcontroller Based. In solar power generation systems, the Solar Charger Controller (Scc) is used as a charger for the battery and the Solar Charger Controller which is designed to produce a voltage of 5-12 volts. In low light conditions, the solar charge controller produces a voltage below 12 volts. A resistor is needed as a voltage divider circuit to reduce the voltage from the output of the solar charge controller which can be read by the ADC on the microcontroller.
