This study aimed to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Medan Tuntungan Area. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The population consisted of 46 employees, all of whom were also selected as the sample using a census technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 24. The study was conducted in October 2024 – March 2025. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that, both partially and simultaneously, job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, hypotheses H1, H2, H3, and H4 were accepted. Among the three independent variables, work motivation was the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, as indicated by the highest t-value of 4.896. Overall, 93.8% of the variation in employee performance could be explained by job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work motivation. These findings also indicated a very strong relationship between employee performance and the three independent variables.
