The growth of the sports apparel industry and the increasing demand for custom jerseys have driven the need for an intuitive and interactive digital platform. Luthor Apparel, as a local brand that carries the concept of "free design", faces obstacles in providing digital media that supports independent design exploration and personalization. Based on this, the formulation of the problem in this study is how to design a responsive and user-friendly UI/UX interface for a custom jersey website according to user needs. The purpose of this study is to design the UI/UX of the Luthor Apparel website with a Human Centered Design (HCD) approach to improve ease of interaction, effectiveness of customization, and user experience. The method used refers to the HCD stages, namely Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires for potential users. The results of the study show that the HCD-based design succeeded in producing an intuitive interface, clear navigation, and customization features that meet user expectations. More than 80% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the system developed. This study is useful in providing an applicable user-based UI/UX development model, as well as supporting digital innovation in the local apparel sector.
