This research aims to analyze the reliability and compare the efficiency levels between conventional kWh meters and digital kWh meters. The study was conducted through field measurements and data analysis obtained from both types of meters under similar load conditions. The results show that digital kWh meters tend to provide more accurate readings, have a lower error margin, and are more efficient in monitoring electrical usage compared to conventional meters. Additionally, digital meters offer better reliability in recording energy consumption over time due to advanced internal components and microcontroller systems. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference in selecting energy meters that are more precise and reliable.
