Three-phase transformers are vital components in power distribution systems, but they have the potential to produce and spread harmonics due to non-linear loads. These harmonics can reduce efficiency, cause overheating, and interfere with other equipment. This study aims to design and simulate a filter for harmonic mitigation in three-phase transformers using MATLAB software. Current and voltage waveform data from the three phases were obtained through field measurements. Simulations were conducted to compare system conditions before and after filter installation. The results show that the use of filters can reduce the total harmonics (THD) in the third order from 13.17% to 7.02%. This study contributes to efforts to improve power quality and distribution system reliability.
