If there is a power outage or disruption from PLN and the addition of treatment rooms and medical equipment, as well as infrastructure facilities making generators as backup power for electrical energy must be prepared properly to analyze the efficiency of the generator at the Adisma Husada Clinic Medan in its operation if there is a power outage or disruption from PLN can cause problems in serving consumers' health. Observations and data collection were carried out to analyze the utility of the Adisma Husada Clinic Medan generator which has a capacity of 65 kVA. Installed load data at the Adisma Husada Clinic Medan was obtained from visual data collection. Daily load usage data is the actual data of load measurements that occur every day. This data was obtained from measurements carried out at 08.00 WIB and at 17.00 WIB, because at this hour the highest usage or peak load occurs. It is known that the highest total load in April to May 2025 was 42.123 kW, the total installed load in the entire building was 38.75 kW. The results of the generator utilization calculation showed a figure of 74.51, while the actual generator utilization was 57.75%. The demand factor was 0.62, or 62%. The power capacity used was 30,031 kW. The generator fuel consumption for 1 hour, with the entire building's installed capacity of 38.75 kW, was 24.02 liters per hour. Burning the generator for 1 hour at peak daily load usage was 26.11 liters per hour
