Digital technology has driven significant changes in higher education, including in teaching strategies for various courses. One innovative approach that has emerged is the Personalized Learning System (PLS), a learning system designed to tailor content, methods, and learning pace based on individual student characteristics. This study aims to design a specialized personalized learning system for the Computer Networks course and analyze the potential and challenges of implementing Personalized Learning Systems in a university environment. The study is expected to support the transformation of higher education toward a more inclusive, adaptive, and studentcentered digital learning environment, as well as serve as an evaluation of existing personalized learning systems. The results of the study indicate that the application of a learning system using the Personalized Learning System method in the Computer Networks course has a positive impact on students' learning motivation and academic performance. This application recommends integrating the Personalized Learning System into technology-based curricula to support more adaptive, effective, and sustainable learning at the university level.
