This study aimed to determine how ecoenzymes and guano fertilizers affect the growth and production of chicory. Ecoenzyme (EE) was prepared using different types of organic waste, such as a mixture of fruit waste such as papaya, mango, banana, orange, and pineapple. This study used a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of two factors with 16 combinations and 3 replications, which resulted in 48 research plots with Factor I : Ecoenzym Biofertilizer with symbol (S) consists of 4 levels, namely: 0 = Control, S1 = 100 ml/liter water/plot, S2 = 150 ml/liter water/plot, S3 = 200 ml/liter water/plot and Factor II: Guano Fertilizer with symbol (B) consists of 4 levels, namely: B0 = Control, B1 = 25 g/polybag, B2 = 50 g/polybag and B3 = 75 g/polybag. The results of the study with the application of ecoenzym biofertilizer had a significant effect on the growth and production of chicory plants, with the best concentration found in the S3 treatment. Guano fertilizer also had a significant effect on the growth and production of chicory plants, with the best concentration found in treatment B3.
