The extraordinary development of Futsal in the community has attracted the attention of business people. They see Futsal as a promising business field. Now the Futsal business is growing like mushrooms in the rainy season, this can be seen by the increasing number of futsal field rental places in various regions, especially in the Medan area. In the Medan City area, currently there are still many futsal field rental entrepreneurs who have not fully utilized the available technology such as using the web to help their business. One of the Futsal field rental businesses that still uses a manual system is Flash Futsal. In renting a futsal field at Flash Futsal, problems also occur in recording schedules that have been rented by customers. The schedule is recorded by the officer in the field rental notebook and then inputted back into the computer with the help of Microsoft excel. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to design a Web-based Futsal Member Information System at Flash Futsal Field which will make it easier for customers to get information about field rentals, and can optimize futsal field rentals, and provide solutions to obstacles that occur in futsal field rentals. Information systems are built using the PHP programming language and databases using MySQL, where system depictions use the Unified Model Language (UML), namely usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams
