Foodcourt Bestie Drink is a culinary business that still relies on manual financial recording using paper or printed receipts. This manual system is prone to data entry errors, data loss, and difficulties in compiling daily or monthly transaction reports. To address these issues, this study aims to design and develop a web-based financial management information system to assist in recording sales, expenses, and presenting real-time financial reports. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system was developed using PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and tested using the black box method to ensure all features function as expected. The results of this study indicate that the developed system can reduce recording errors, speed up financial data recap processes, and provide easy access for business owners to monitor their financial condition digitally and efficiently.
