Potato (S. tuberosum L) contains high carbohydrates that can support food diversification programs in Indonesia. Decreased potato production is caused by several factors such as the use of low-quality potato seeds and susceptibility to pathogens. This study aims to determine the "Response of Coconut Water and NAA on the Growth of Granola Potatoes In Vitro". This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is Coconut Water "K" which consists of 4 levels of combination (K0: 0.00 ml/l, K1: 0.75 ml/l, K2: 1.50 ml/l, K3: 2.25 ml/l). The second factor is NAA "N" with 4 levels of combination (N0: 0.00 mg/l, N1: 0.15 mg/l, N2: 0.30 mg/l, N3: 0.45 mg/l), resulting in 16 levels of combination with 3 replications. The results showed that Coconut Water had a highly significant effect on the number of leaves, number of roots, and number of shoots, and NAA had a highly significant effect on the number of leaves, number of roots, and number of shoots.
