This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing the handover of incoming and outgoing goods at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Medan City. The system was created to address inefficiencies in the previous manual process, which often resulted in irregularities, delays, and data entry errors. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and literature review. The outcome of this research is an information system capable of digitally recording the handover activities of goods, featuring inventory management, transaction logging for incoming and outgoing goods, and reporting functions. The implementation of this system has improved the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management while enhancing transparency and accountability. Therefore, the system is expected to support BPBD Medan's performance in disaster logistics management more effectively.
