Using web-based social commerce methods, this study aims to overcome the digital marketing obstacles faced by WUBI (Women's Superior Binjai) Cooperatives and MSMEs. All aspects of digital transactions are made possible by the developed platform, from selecting a product, filling out an order form, choosing a shipping method, to payment and proof of transfer administration verification. Needs analysis, interface design, feature implementation, testing, and maintenance are all steps in system development using the Waterfall approach. To increase user interaction and reach, the website integrates with Instagram's social media. The results of the implementation show that this system has succeeded in improving transaction efficiency, simplifying order management, and increasing the market and digital competitiveness of cooperatives and MSMEs. Therefore, this research helps small and medium enterprises in the region accelerate digital transformation.
