Kailan is a type of green vegetable that is quite popular and in demand among the public, so it has quite good marketing prospects. One alternative to increase kailain production is through the use of organic fertilizer, namely cow manure and onion skin POC. This research used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors with 12 combinations. The first factor in applying cow dung fertilizer with the symbol (F) consists of 4 levels, namely: F0 = 0 g/polybag, F1 = 50 g/polybag, F2 = 100 g/polybag and F3 = 150 g/polibag. The second factor for administering shallot skin POC with the symbol (S) consists of 3 levels, namely: S0 = 0 ml/? water, S1 = 150 ml/? water and S2 = 250 ml/? water. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, plant weight per sample, weight per plot, net weight per plot and root length. The results of the research showed that the application of cow dung fertilizer and shallot skin POC had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, plant weight per sample, weight per plot, root length and consumption weight per plot but had no significant effect on stem diameter. The interaction between the two treatments had no significant effect on all observed parameters
