Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) in Indonesia has long been cultivated by farmers as a commercial farming business, to increase oyster mushroom production, a suitable planting medium is needed for the growth of oyster mushrooms. This study used a quantitative method with a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment factors studied were the treatment of several mixtures of planting media, namely J0 = 100% sawdust formulation (Control), J1 = 50% sawdust formulation + 50% rice straw, J2 = 50% sawdust formulation + 50% rice husk and J3 = 50% sawdust formulation + 50% corn cob. The parameters observed in this study were the Percentage of Mycelium Life (%), Age of Emergence of the Mushroom Body (days), Stalk Length (cm), Cap Diameter (cm) Number of mushrooms (fruit) and Wet Harvest Weight (g). The results showed that the treatment of all planting media produced a growth rate of 100% in the mycelium growth percentage parameter. Then the treatment of various planting media mixtures did not have a significant effect on the Mushroom Body Emergence Age parameter (days), but had a very significant effect on the Stalk Length (cm), Cap Diameter (cm) and Harvest Wet Weight (g) parameters with the highest results obtained in treatment J2, namely the formulation of 50% sawdust + 50% rice husk.
