This study examines the impact of Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) infrastructure on regional development in Asahan Regency using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research involves data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that JTTS enhances accessibility, connectivity, and local economic growth, particularly in trade, industry, and tourism sectors, while attracting investors. Despite its benefits, challenges such as environmental impacts and pollution arise. Collaboration among the government, private sector, and community is crucial to maximize the benefits of JTTS for sustainable and inclusive development in Asahan Regency
