Parenting patterns are the methods that are applied to children, how parents' attitudes in educating children from birth to adulthood and the parenting patterns given by parents to children greatly influence the child's personality and behavior. This research is motivated by the problem of parenting patterns of working parents regarding discipline character. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of working parents' parenting styles on the discipline character of early childhood at Hazqina PAUD. The method used in this research is the Pre Experimental Design research method with a One Group Pre-test-Post-Test research design. The sample used was 17 respondents. The results of the research show differences in the parenting patterns of working parents on children's disciplinary character. The results of data analysis from the regression equation are Y=16.681+0.715X. From the results, the value obtained is sig = 0.000/2 < 0.05, which means H? is rejected. So, implementing the parenting style of working parents can influence the disciplinary character of early childhood.
