Analysis of Determinants of Unemployment on Poverty in North Sumatra Province (Period 2007-2022). The problems in this research include poverty in North Sumatra Province which is influenced by several factors including minimum wage, GRDP, population and unemployment. The aim of this research is to examine the variables that influence poverty in North Sumatra Province between 2007 and 2022. Multiple linear regression was used after factor test analysis to analyze the data. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) provides data which is analyzed using SPSS Software Version 22.0 for Windows. Research findings show that population, GRDP, education, and minimum wage are the four elements that form the five variables studied using the factor analysis model. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the following factors significantly influence poverty in North Sumatra Province: population, GRDP, education, andminimum wage (2007–2022).
