This research was conducted at the Tarean Village Government, Silinda District, with the aim of knowing and analyzing the financial management and performance of the Tarean Village Government, Silinda District. Data collection in this research used library research and field research. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of this research, namely the budget in the LRA for FY 2021-2023, show that the PAD Effectiveness Ratio of the Tarean Village Government, Silinda District from 2021-2023 is an average of 98%, showing the village government's effective ability to realize PAD from the set targets. However, the Efficiency Ratio during the same period averaged only 98.30%, indicating that the financial performance of village governments is still less efficient and requires improvement in managing PAD collection costs. The Independence Ratio reaches an average of 100%, indicating that the village government is able to support itself without significant dependence on external funds. In addition, the average Operational Expenditure Ratio of 55.33% shows that the village government has managed finances effectively, maintaining a balance between expenditures for basic government functions and community services and other important expenditures.
