This inquiry takes the form of a legitimate examination of children's rights, which should be taken into account when making the final decision in instances involving illegal acts of sexual abuse perpetrated by adults. In Choice no. 640/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Mdn, the judge imposed a 13-year prison term without taking into account the rights of the children who were victims of the crime; the judge also failed to take into account Law no. 35 of 2014, which lays out the rights of children who are victims of criminal acts, and the outcome was inconsistent with legitimate arrangements. Using a standardized juridical research type based on supplementary information sources drawn from case studies of court decisions and statutes, as well as analysis of relevant legal texts, this study used an expressive method with subjective tactics.
