Implikasi Hukum Penerapan Restorative Justice pada Tahap Penuntutan Perkara Tindak Pidana Pencurian, This research aims to examine the legal implications of implementing Restorative Justice at the prosecution stage of criminal theft cases. This research begins by identifying the background of the problem which includes the challenges faced by the conventional criminal justice system in handling criminal acts of theft, especially with regard to the prosecution process. In terms of methodological approach, this research uses normative legal research methods that combine document analysis, statutory regulations and relevant literature to understand the legal framework of Restorative Justice and its implications in the context of prosecuting criminal acts of theft. The research results show that the application of Restorative Justice at the prosecution stage provides a number of significant legal implications. Among these are increasing the effectiveness of resolving cases in a more humane manner, restoring relationships between perpetrators and victims, and social reintegration of perpetrators into society. However, this research also identified several challenges, including the need for changes in existing laws and regulations, as well as the need to increase the capacity and understanding of policy makers and legal practitioners regarding the principles and practices of Restorative Justice. Based on these findings, this research recommends the development of a legal framework that is more supportive of the implementation of Restorative Justice in the criminal justice system, including reform of legislation to accommodate the Restorative Justice approach at the prosecution stage....
