Circuit Breaker (CB) is a safety device as well as a connection and disconnect of supply voltage to the load. Before operating a motorcycle, the circuit breaker of the motorcycle must first be ensured so as not to hinder the process of starting up the coal-fired power plant unit. To ensure the readiness of this circuit breaker, a portable test device is needed to be able to test the circuit breaker with a no-load condition. This study discusses an individual circuit breaker test tool made from a portable box containing a power electronics circuit that has an output voltage of 220 V AC and 24 V DC which has been designed in accordance with the wiring diagram of a 3- phase 380 V circuit breaker in the Belawan Generation Control Implementation Unit (UPDK). With this tool, the readiness condition of the circuit breaker can be ensured.
