Strategi Guru Dalam Mengembangkan Kecerdasan Moral Anak Usia Dini Di PAUD Nurul Falah Panyabungan Barat, This research aims to analyze and describe the strategies used by teachers at Nurul Falah Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in West Panyabungan in developing the moral intelligence of early childhood. Moral intelligence is an important aspect in children's development which not only includes understanding ethics and values, but also their ability to make the right moral decisions. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through participant observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documents related to the curriculum and learning materials. The results of this research reveal a number of strategies used by Nurul Falah PAUD teachers to develop children's moral intelligence, including Behavior Models, Moral Stories, Group Discussions, Collaborative Activities and Positive Reinforcement: Use of positive reinforcement, such as praise and appreciation, to support desired moral behavior....
