The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of probio GAP 1 on the carcass of broiler chickens. The treatments include P1 = 100?ed, P2 = 100?ed + probio GAP 1 5 ml/kg feed, P3 = 100?ed + probio GAP 1 10 ml/kg feed, P4 = 100?ed + probio GAP 1 15 ml/kg feed. The data were analyzed using variance with parameters including slaughter weight, carcass weight, and non-carcass weight. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) nonfactorial with 4 treatments and 5 replications consisting of 5 chickens. The results of this study show that the quality of the broiler carcass is good in treatment P4 with 100?ed (100?ed + probio GAP 1 15 ml/kg feed) based on slaughter weight, carcass weight, carcass percentage, noncarcass weight, and non-carcass percentage.
