The GrabFood Division has an obligation to conduct reviews on merchants that have collaborated to maintain or improve sales performance in order to gain profit. Management of this data review has not been computerized with a centralized data management pattern or using a database. The purpose of this research is to develop a business review data management application using the waterfall method and using a database to make management easier. The design of this application uses a unified modeling language, namely use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The design results obtained an interface that is efficient and easy to use in managing Grabfood partner business review data. The resulting application is able to handle data linkages in one section with other sections so as to reduce the occurrence of errors in data input.
