This study aims to test and find out more clearly how the influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance in the Healthy, Safety and Environment (HSE) section at PT. PLN Persero. This study used a quantitative method involving 54 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using a statistical formula, namely by using multiple regression analysis whose processing was carried out with the SPSS Version 16 program. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that the results of the partial significant test (t test) that tcount was 3.204 while ttable was 1.674 and significant was 0.002, then work safety has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of the partial significant test (t test) that tcount is 5.332 while ttable is 1.674 and is significant at 0.000, then occupational health has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of Fcount are 33.004 while the Ftable is 2.78 and significantly less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that occupational safety and occupational health have a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship simultaneously on employee performance.
